This camera is an old style analogue camera, with an extra cover you can take photographs under water... it works with a classical 35mm film, and you do the wrapping manually. You need to use the flash most of the time, especially when using under water, or else nothing appears. The flash works with a one alkaline battery... its very easy to use... have fun!

How can space inspire fashion?

A workshop about fashion design took its inspirations from space.. the futures fashion. Quite interesting and definitely good combinations.

The invited designers were: Martin Bergström, Bella Rune, Frida Hofslagare, Alice Schulman and Adam Gauffin. Photographer was Märta Thisner, stylist Hanna Kich, art director and project manager was Johan af Geijerstam.

Semi-Transparent LED Curtain

Sunrise systems, the manufacturer of LED signs, has now launced a semi-transparent led curtain. The curtain creates a space where there are floating words and shapes. It is very nice and intriguing.

Sustainable Materials

To be sustainable, you should always use local materials in your house. Because being sustainable does not mean to use bamboo as an ecological material but you spend much more energy to bring it to your home. You can make your own sustainable material. For example, you can use reclaimed wood on the floors, walls and the fittings. Or you can use lime plaster instead of cement on the walls, because it is breathable and low energy to manufacture. Straw bale as an insulation material on the floor, walls and the roof, it is cheap and easy. You can use white canvas anywhere you like to protect from the excessive heat. Thermowood, paperstone, recycled timber... such materials which are zero or low VOC (non-toxic) materials.
